Save with a reason
When you save a profile, add a sentence explaining why it is relevant to your search. It might be an office location, a published planning focus, or a question you want to ask. A reason makes the list easier to revisit after you have looked at several similar profiles.
Choose the comparison deliberately
Select up to four saved profiles rather than comparing the first names you happened to find. Use the same questions across candidates and separate facts from impressions. The table keeps unpublished details visible, while the notes hold answers you received directly. Record a date with those answers.
Keep a copy you control
Move a profile from Researching to Contacted, Meeting planned, or Reviewed as your own work progresses. These stages describe your research; they are not statuses supplied by the professional. Everything stays in the current browser. Export your shortlist to CSV when you want a separate copy, and protect any personal details in that file.
